As an attorney who has worked in real estate transactions for the entirety of my four-plus decades of practicing law, I have never worked with a realtor who was Nora Looney's equal. When she said she was going to do something, she did it--each and every time. She lined up contacts for earthquake insurance and house insurance, a surveyor for the flood zone issue, people to contact about other issues. She did a zoom/video call walk through of the house at a time that worked for our schedule. Nora expertly guided us through negotiations on what recommendations of the home inspector the seller's family would pay for, There were some areas where the seller appeared she wasn't going to budge, but Nora worked on the seller's realtor, and got the issue resolved in our favor. She was always professional and pleasant, and clear in her communications, both by phone and online. She was very helpful in guiding us through the various online forms that were a part of the process. We always felt we were on the same team with Nora! We would recommend Nora Looney to everyone!

We were not sure who we were going to use when considering our home in Arroyo Grande. Our friends recommended Nora, we reached out and she immediately put on us on an e-mail list to receive homes that met our criteria. Based on Nora's up front personality, when we saw the home that would eventually become ours, when she said I would get up here ASAP to look at it, it will go fast, we drove up from Anaheim Hills. From the beginning, Nora made us feel like VIP's. She made sure our best interest was always taken care of. Nora made sure that every step was done and done right. There is no BS in this woman. Which is a personality trait we share. And a trait that is rare and I highly respect in others. I know while she was helping us through the home buying process, she had other clients. But, it never felt like that. We always felt we were Nora's top priority. We would 200% (yes I meant 200%) enlist Nora's help on any future property purchases. Lastly, if you are buying a home on The Central Coast, and need any type of contractor for upgrades, Nora knows everyone. Her recommendations for contractors from paint, to general to re-doing our fire place have worked out flawlessly. And she genuinely cares about her clients.

She told us to "trust her" during what could have been a very complex contingent transaction and by doing so our offer was accepted, we accepted an offer the first day our house went up for sale for far more money than we ever expected and we ended up with our dream home. She kept us on track which made our contingent agreement go through as easy as possible. Nora was great and we would definitely work with her again for our next home purchase!
