We looked into many realtors but none came close to Nora her wealth of knowledge expertise and kindness was beyond words. When looking for an agent we need somebody who was bilingual. My husbands first language is Spanish and mine is English. This was A big thing we looked for in somebody because we both had little knowledge in the process due to being first time home buyers. Not only was Nora able to translate but she was able to explain it to each of us in our native languages separately. She would make it seem so easy going back-and-forth saying one sentence in Spanish and one in English. All of the other agents we had met with would explain in depth to me and then sum it up in a few sentences to my husband. Nora didn't do that and instead did it in an exceptional way making it seem like we were all in the same conversation, well I guess we kind of were ! This company should feel extremely lucky to have somebody with that ability on the team. It is easy to mix up and fumble when translating, yet Nora made it look extremely easy but I know how difficult that is. Not only that but Nora has an abundance of knowledge and genuinely showed that she cared and wanted to help get us into a home ( she drove multiple times 50-60 mins to meet us!) Saying she went above and beyond is an understatement. For another example We had a complicated situation to start and some lenders told her we were a waste of time basically. I had been out on maternity leave for 10 months and I just returned working. We had been working with a Bank for months, who instead of being honest and upfront gave us false hope and made promises they could not commit to. After doing endless amounts of paperwork, getting all sorts of documents, and then the bank taking over two weeks for an approval, they ended up denying us last minute. At this point We had no fight left , and just wanted to be done with it all. Nora never gave up hope! she went out and talked with some lenders and found us a wonderful option. We were able to close from start to finish in under three weeks, and put down less money than we originally planned. When we talked to Nora it felt like we were talking to a friend or family. Everything was handled seamlessly from start to finish, and in a professional manner. Nora makes herself available for questions, and she always answered promptly, which I appreciated.

I was happy with Nora. I probably bugged her way to much. I contacted her before I knew of anything available in the area I was lookiing at. If I were Nora Mazonson I so would have blocked ever communication from me. I am EXTREMELY impatient and I get scare easily. This is my very first purchase all alone. So I was very nervous. IT was alot of money for me but I had it and wanted in the park so I grabbed first available home. I am EXTREMELY happy with my new home. There are a few things I wish I'd of noticed and spoke up about but I can't even think of them off the top of my head so obviously they aren't that important. I appreciate Nora's patience and willingness to work with me. I'm out of town alot and she was able to use my mother as a go between with papers and keys. She even came into the office on a weekend for me to sign papers due to I had been out of town and unable to come north. I think it was a Sunday. But I was ever so grateful. I'm already familiar with the area. I grew up there and my mother lives in the same park I'm moving to and my father is in Skagit County. So I didn't need that part of the service. I had no dealings with anyone else from Century 21 except to say hello and ask to see Nora.

Nora Mazonson was AMAZING to work with. We had a number of unique issues our sale. She went way above & beyond the norm to make our sale work. I HIGHLY recommend her. We had so many unique issues in our sale & Nora never hesitated to address them & then see that they were taken care off.
