A graduate of Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, I worked several years in the accounting field. As a member of Century 21 Breeden's Residential Sales Team I have had extensive training on contracts, negotiations, market statistics, etc. which makes for a smooth and efficient transaction for all clients. With education, training and years of experience, I stand ready to meet all of your real estate needs. I am knowledgeable about the Columbus, Bartholomew County, real estate market in addition to the counties and areas surrounding Bartholomew County. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors, Columbus Board of Realtors, Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors and I am Relocation Certified. I enjoy volunteering, working with social clubs, serving my Church and spending time with family, friends and clients. Nora gave us good advice on how much to list the house, and was in line with an independant appraisal we had done previously. We felt that the pictures she took of the land around the house resulted in a large number of showings and two immediate offers. Nora made us feel like she really cared about our needs and communicated with us regularly, both on the phone and via text and email. She was very considerate of my work schedule, and also of my mother's feelings about selling her house. We do not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home.
