I chose Noreen Polo as my Agent because as a close friend, I knew of her unquestionable work ethic and her experience and familiarity in the area where my home was located. I had been to several Open Houses sponsored by Century 21 Action Plus Realty and hosted by Noreen Polo and I was very impressed with her calm demeanor and knowledge of the property she was presenting. I realized that I would need such a competent and take-charge individual to make the sale of my home as seamless as possible, especially since I did not know the first thing about it. Noreen Polo clearly knows how to speak to people with respect and it is very much appreciated. Her information and updates were provided to me on a daily basis and she seemed to always be one step ahead of everyone else. Noreen always assured me that it was important for me to contact her whenever I had any questions or concerns. I believe it is Noreen's down-to-earth and honest approach to others that made communication with all parties so smooth. She never hesitated to make a phone call on my behalf to determine the status of an issue or to make sure that all parties were on the same page. I truly never worried at any time during the entire transaction because my confidence in Noreen was so high. If there was ever an issue that was on my mind or that I was concerned about, Noreen would listen and explain the matter so that I could have a clear understanding.
