Seller reviewI purchased my first house with Octavia Samuels in 2009, she was very pleasant and professional. Octavia listened to what I wanted and help us find our first home. We live in our house for 14 years and when we decided to sell we called Octavia. She is easy to reach and always answered all our questions. She listens and takes her time with you, I think I saw about 25 houses before I found the one. She always has a positive attitude, even when I was getting discouraged about finding a home she stayed positive and wouldn't let me get down. Now that we sold our house, she is helping us with purchasing/ building our dream home. Octavia is the best at what she does. If your in the market to buy/ sell a house call Octavia Samuels.
