Omaira Moreno is an excellent realtor that goes above and beyond her expected duties. She was always available, at any time (day and night) to show us many properties. She was very careful about listening to our needs and wants and did everything possible to find properties that would meet our expectations. She would also be persistent in calling other realtors and would do anything needed to schedule us to be able to see different properties including the condo we purchased. This was very important because time is of the essence when you are buying or selling. During the buying process she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. If needed, she would go above and beyond to research and find out anything we were concerned about or answer any questions we had. She made the whole process a smooth experience for us. She is an excellent realtor who is hard to find now and days. She is also an excellent person with a very kind heart. We will definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor.
