Ontario Davis of CENTURY 21 Metro Brokers

After moving my elderly father in to an assistant living, I was left with his home. I reached out to Ontario Davis for any advice or suggestions he had on what to do with this house. Our conversation was very pleasant and easy going. He asked lots of questions and I answered to the best of my knowledge because I had never lived in the home. His first visit, he had already had a solid plan to sell the home for me. My fathers house wasnt high end, but Ontario treated me like it was. I told Ontario how stressed I was because I didn't have the time or even knew anyone to help me clean out this home. In less than one week, my father's house was emptied out, cleaned, grass cut, on the market and a for sale sign in the front yard! Ontario goes way above and beyond. I was Very pleased. Ontario always answered every call, text or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. Ontario's hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. The selling price analysis was precise and he knew how to market my fathers home. After with only 4 showings, Ontario had my fathers home sold in 2 weeks! He is a true professional. I was so pleased that I've already contacted him to sell my house that myself, husband and 2 children has outgrown over these last 7 years and to help us find a bigger home. Ontario has already called me back the very next day with an appointment to discuss our next exciting journey. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'll have a hard time finding a better realtor than Ontario Davis! Thank you Ontario.

From the start he never lagged on communication. No matter what time or day it was he would always answer our calls and text messages. Once property was chosen he made sure the open house was on time and explained the neighborhood to us for a better understanding. Was never rushed though the whole process which made it very comfortable on the purchase. Any legal and house term was explained to us by him. Went above and beyond his duties on the closing of the property because of transportation and flying in from another state, Which, again the whole family greatly appreciated. Will be dealing with Ontario Davis in the near future again. Thanks for the great experience on my 1st property. From our family in Florida moving up soon to our new house in Flint.
