Well when my dad sold his property i was a little worried cus my dad isnt a peoples person hell answer Someones questions with 1 word if possible..Also doesnt like anyone coming over or even going inside his house unless its family , my dad doesnt even trust his own shadow well let me tell you after oscar sanchez did his presentation even before he was done my dad was already signaling me that he wanted oscar to be the one to sell his home and during the process of selling the house my dad was being all talkative and felt really comfortable with oscar he even said i really like and trust oscar he makes me feel like hes someone from the family my dad also said that he can talk to oscar cus oscar is very smart and very understanding he said oscar is his agent and also his friend for life ! Every now and then i hear my dad telling family and friends that he knows a really good agent in case they wanna buy or sell their home ...i got to admit myself oscar has this personality that makes you feel really comfortable and most of all the number 1 thing he made me feel was TRUSTWORTHY we felt good thru the whole deal Oscar made us feel so secure and trusting and to me id have to say thats the number 1 thing thats important to me is a sense of trust and oscar definitely provides that.
