Buyer reviewPae Wen was a pleasure to work with. She was always professional and guided us through the process every step of the way. We had multiple family members involved on the purchase so I personally think it can be super stressful. Plus having to deal with time zone differences; it can be a challenge to coordinate meetings, etc. Pae Wen met the challenge! She was super patient with us, even though it may mean that she had to explain the same thing to different family members multiple times. She was always available to answer any questions we had. Her knowledge of the market and years of experience was a huge help in our purchase and navigating through this competitive market! We also had alot of issues with our lender and was unable to close on time. Pae Wen was always on top of it and kept us and the seller in the loop on all communications. We are super grateful for her help and would most definitely recommend Pae Wen to anyone looking for an agent you can trust! She is the best of the best!

Seller reviewWE LOVE Pae Wen Taylor (our agent) and would never even think of using any other realtor!! She knows our needs and wants and constantly communicates with us, so we know what to expect. She also takes care of what needs to be done at that time and then moves onto the next action item - which we REALLY like!! She also handles the 'sticky' situations that arise with the buyers (in this case they were first time home buyers and their agent wasn't very knowledgeable on many things) so PW also had to take their agent to school on a few items!
