I started my real estate career over 35 years ago working in my family owned real estate agency. In addition to real estate, I have been a CT Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser for 25 years. The knowledge obtained from appraising homes has given me a level of knowledge not present in the majority of real estate agents. I also have a Home Staging Designation. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing the excitement and joy of my clients when they find out the contract we put on a home they love has been accepted, or when I negotiate a contract on my seller's home. I go above and beyond for my clients. Buying or selling a home in today's environment can be very trying because of mortgage lending standards established by our government. Getting a home to close in this environment is not easy and requires the experience of an experienced agent. Seller reviewI wouldn't have chosen anyone but Pam to sell my house. She's the best at what she does and an amazing person. No one goes out of their way like Pam does- she goes above and beyond of what she has to do. She's just simply the best realtor and friend! I moved out a few days before my closing and Pam went to check on my house daily. The day of closing we had a small issue in my basement with water and Pam took care of it for me because I was 4 states away. Who does that besides a great friend, let alone a realtor!
