Pamela Colvin of CENTURY 21 Peterson Real Estate

We were interviewing a couple of agencies and when we met Pamela Colvin she was so friendly and made us feel that she could get the property SOLD!!! Century 21 was referred to us through a friend that had listed and sold with them. What was really important to us that we were informed with every showing and feed back. We were contacted by Pamela Colvin at one point that a storm had occurred and we had tree damage on the property. Since living in Festus Mo she was our eyes on the property. This made us realize that Pamela Colvin cared as much as we did on how the property showed. When we got a contract Pamela made sure that we were informed on everything we would need to bring to closing because we were approximately 4 hours away. As far as referring Pamela Colvin she would be at the top of our list because we received exactly what we wanted and that the property was SOLD!!!! Hats off to Pamela Colvin who knows her job and gets it done.
