Purchasing a new home is a major investment and not to be taken lightly. That said, one needs someone they can trust as an advisor to find the right home. In my case, time is money and I needed someone who truly understands my requirements and present me lists of homes that meet those requirements so that I don't waste my or the agent's time. I used Pam Mundra as my buyer's agent and she was able to quickly understand my requirements and present only the properties that met them. While there were many houses that I didn't not select, for one reason or another, there was never one that didn't meet the requirements that I communicated to her. This is absolutely a critical capability for an agent to have or develop. There are many aspects or stages to buying a home...let me tell you about how Pam engaged with a few of them: Inspections: Pam attended the inspection of the home I intended to purchase and advocated for me the entire time. Her knowledge of homes was extremely valuable in ensuring the inspector thoroughly looked at everything. Detail: Pam's attention to detail was as if she were purchasing the home for herself! Negotiations: As a buyer's agent, Pam gave outstanding advice during negotiations. Local Knowledge: Pam's local knowledge of the Wake County area was excellent, but I can tell she still researched every neighborhood we looked at prior to our visit. Pam is extremely thorough. Contracts: Timeliness of delivering contracts and getting signatures could not have been better. Money: Pam helped to coordinate everything I needed to do with regard to paying for services (inspections, appraisal, etc) making my life so much easier! What more can I say? I have purchased 4 homes in my life and Pam is the best agent I have ever worked with. When I am ready for #5, I will be giving Pam a call!
