This is the second home I have bought with Pat Gazenski. She is a pleasure to work with. I had a very strong idea about where I wanted to live and what I wanted in a home. I found an ideal property that also needed repairs and a involved strong minded seller. Pat was a great negotiator and helped me get a $20,000 escrow set aside at the seller's expense to make the necessary repairs. She walked me through the steps and encouraged me when I didn't think it was possible; and she was right it was possible. I would work with Pat again if I needed to buy another home and recommend her highly. To know Pat is to know a competent real-estate agent and a great person.
