Seller reviewPat Rusnell was very helpful in selling our home. I needed to sell this one as quickly as possible but for the best/appropriate price. There are few homes in our category in the area. Pat put good effort in pulling many comps to determine the best price to list at. She also gave good advice on how to prep and stage the home for sale. Pat was always available and quick to respond to my calls and followup on my questions and concerns. She also was very helpful in helping me find a local rental on short notice.
