Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer I was completely overwhelmed starting the search. Patrice was patient and understanding. She helped me narrow down what I wanted and needed in a home. There was not a question that she couldn't answer about the neighborhoods, local businesses, pros and cons of each house for my personal situation. You can tell how much she loves this valley just by going to view houses with her. During the search she would immediately contact me when new listings within my parameters were available. From start to closing I was contacted with any updates and Patrice was always available for calls, emails or text. Patrice made a stressful time for me as easy as it could possibly go. I felt understood, secure in my decisions, and confident working with her. Patrice went above and beyond for me and from my understanding she treats all her clients the same.
