Seller reviewI don't think this sale would have happened without the hard work Patrice provided. From staging the home to guiding the buyers through financing she went above and beyond to help both the buyers and us. She is everything you could hope for in a realtor but don't often find.

We were very happy working with her. She was extremely helpful through the whole process. Both Patrice and Lacy Port were great to work with and very helpful in getting the issues revealed in inspection taken care of. We felt that they went above and beyond what we would typically expect from a realtor.

Seller reviewPatrice did a great job helping us buy our other house and we just continued our relationship with her for the selling of our old home. Patrice went way out of her way in helping us decide what changes to make to the home before listing it, and she helped us with every aspect of getting the property ready to sell. Including coming and in and helping with a final cleanup after the contractor was done and the house was ready to show. Can't imagine what else Patrice or Century 21 could have done for us. We are very happy with everything. I cannot say enough good things about Patrice and how she handled both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home, I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property, and in fact have already done so.
