Seller reviewPat helped us when we purchased our first home and we recommended her to my sister who also bought her first home through Pat. We recently went through her when we decided that we have outgrown that house and needed to upgrade to something bigger. She was very accommodating during our search of our new home and with the sale of the old one. She seemed like she was willing to adjust her schedule at anytime when we found some prospect houses to look at and she was able to set up a system that allowed us to show our house during certain hours so we could get everyone and the dogs out of the house at the same time. Pat understood our needs and pointed out many things that would be in our best interest. She really knows what it takes to do a great job and she is very considerate. We really appreciate all of her help and will continue to recommend her!

I didn't know much about buying a home other than I was pre-approved for a certain amount. She went out of the way to meet with me and find my needs / wants. I was impressed with the level of communication that she provided me and helped me with every question a first time home buyer would have, and then some! Pat had patience and was the only person I know would have been able to find the house of my dreams.

Seller reviewPatricia Bischof was given to me when I entered a purchase agreement for another property which I then backed out of. However, she continued to stay in touch with me for a year after that, and never pressured me to list my property. Pat called me the last week of the month, every month, for over a year, after I backed out of my purchase agreement. When I was ready to list my property she immediately assisted me with that in a timely fashion. She understood what offers I would accept so there was never any misunderstandings. She answered my questions immediately so I understood contracts sent to me as well as the elements of buying and selling. When Pat was not able to work due to a health issue, her associate updated me in the same polite and timely fashion as she did. I was always professionally cared for. Pat conducts herself in a business manner but also cares about her client. Caring for others is essential in business agreements.
