Buyer reviewWe had spoken to Patti Cox about a different property. Then, we called her to represent us when we found a property that was listed by another agent. She was very nice, respectful, positive and very helpful. We put a contract on a property without seeing it in person. Patti did a video tour for us, pointing out many positives and negatives, gave us her honest opinion of whether this property might suit our needs and negotiated a fair price for us. She made it a positive experience and we enjoyed working with her. Patti was quick to return our calls, a very good communicator, got answers to all our questions, negotiated well for us and relieved much of the anxiety we felt in a new home purchase. We recommend her to others and would enjoy an opportunity to work with her again.

Buyer reviewShe handled EVERYTHING! I live away from the area and she went the extra mile to be certain I found and was approved for the property. She arranged everything. I could not be more pleased. She would even walk though the property and show me it on her cell phone! I also needed a place to walk my dogs, she would check out the neighborhoods to assure me it was in a good [residential] area. I knew I could always count on her professional opinions and ideas.

Buyer reviewShe called when I had questions about a house on Realtor.com and addressed it immediately. She gave me a lot of concise information and I knew right away that she was great at her job Patty went above and beyond when it came to us buying this home. We put in an offer sight unseen based on her observations and recommendations and videos she kindly took for us. We did come down to see about 20 houses with her but the two we put offers on did not work out for us and thankfully so as this house became available at the last minute after someone else pulled their offer. We were so excited. Patty helped us every step of the way. What a life saver. I'm going to recommend her to all of my New England friends/family who plan to move to NC/SC. She's well organized, always made sure we had updated documents. Made sure we were aware of date timelines, deadlines etc. Everything went smoothly!!! I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. SHE WAS FANTASTIC! Goes the extra mile for her clients. Great personality and overall nice person. Thanks Patty for all your help!!!! Ginny and Frank
