Buyer reviewPatty was excellent every step of the way. She was very flexible to our needs and did everything very promptly. I absolutely loved working with Patty. My fiance and I were first time homebuyers and so we had many questions and Patty was great at answering all of them. She communicated via phone calls, texting, and emails, all combined made it very easy to reach her and get a response in a timely manner. She was very accommodating to the fact that the two of us had crazy schedules. She worked our schedules to see the houses we wanted to quickly, even though it wasn't the easiest. She was available to help us get our home inspections and repairs done when we couldn't always make it and would be present for us. All in all, Patty was absolutely wonderful to work with and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know who is house hunting in the Cape Girardeau area.
