Months before we began the actual process, she signed me up for the collaboration center, and asked me to indicate homes that I liked, wasn't sure about, or didn't like. Before our first meeting, she knew what I was looking for, what I didn't want, and my price range. We met, reviewed my priorities for the new home, and established a budget. Patricia provided real time guidance on the price range I would need to be in for the features and area I wanted. This effort up front paid significant dividends in a competitive market. In this market, a focused and professional realtor is the only way to level the playing field. Patricia is extremely knowledgable, honest, and direct. Other transactions I've done with Patricia in the past have had many challenges, including condominium financing (a real challenge in Washington State), obtaining good prices in weak market (thanks to Patricia's excellent marketing plan), marketing a remote and very rustic vacation property and many other challenges successfully met. Patricia's deep technical knowledge of all aspects of residential real estate coupled with her fantastic energy, business acumen and years of experience have always delivered exceptional results regardless of the challenges.
