Seller reviewYou need a category beyond Excellent for Pat Popola. Her performance was stellar. The house was my late father's and I'm in CA, so the need for someone who could handle the sale and keep me in the loop was critical. The number of unexpected problems/delays was huge; Pat wasn't fazed. The walk-through included a burst pipe. Yes, a pipe that had held for 60 years decided on the very final day to give way. Rather than run away screaming, Pat not only reassured the buyer, but had a contractor and plumber in within minutes. With the result that, a couple of hours later, the buyer closed on the deal. Seriously, you couldn't write this into a screenplay; it'd be booted out for being so unrealistic. I'm pretty sure Pat's secret identity is Super Realtor Woman. Look for a feature film in 2020.
