Patty was extremely professional and always available for a phone call or a showing. She was never too busy to meet with us for a showing even when we called her last minute. Buyer reviewPatricia Zito was our only choice. I am not an easy person to deal with. I'm moody, judgmental, picky, not happy even if what I want is staring me in the face. With all those terrific personality traits, Patricia Zito was patient, understanding, honest and kind in her wisdom in selecting the perfect house for me and my wife. I kept throwing the monkey wrench into the mix and Patty kept showing us houses and was never deterred in her quest to get us the perfect house to spend our retirement in. We didn't make her job easy because we were looking in an area with limited houses for sale in our price range. But she kept her nose to the grindstone and came up with the ideal pick for us. I've since recommended her to our friends. She is the ONLY real estate agent I would recommend to anyone. We put our 100% faith in Patricia . She is definitely an asset to Century 21.
