We were not necessarily looking in South Jersey but wanted to check out some larger properties. Patrick was the realtor for the seller at the first property we went to. He was very welcoming and informative. He even took time out of his schedule to bring us to another nearby listing once he knew the first one was not for us. Patrick went out of his way to show us a couple more properties and we were in our new home in no time. He was able to get us a GREAT deal. This being our first purchase, he made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone who is looking for a realtor.

Patrick was OUTSTANDING! He went out of his way to help us. Whenever we wanted to see a home, Patrick would make it possible as quickly as possible! He got us a viewing of THIS HOME within 2 hours of when we saw it! He was always available via phone or via text. Would quickly get back to me if he didn't answer. During our search for a home some questions came up about certain townships or areas that we were not sure about. Patrick was honest with us. If he didn't know the answer he would immediately say so and not beat around the bush pretending he knew. Then he would research and phone us or text us with the answers. Talking with Patrick and meeting him to view homes was never a chore! It was like meeting a friend. Patrick never made us feel pressured about buying anything. He would make suggestions about decor' but always follow with "If that's what you would want to do". He was never pushy and never EVER made us feel like we were a burden to him. He was happy and glad to drive an hour, even two hours, just because we saw something that we thought was a good property. And when Patrick took us out viewing homes he always had the home listings printed out with all the information of those homes. Once we decided on OUR DREAM HOME, Patrick was quick to put in our offer and immediately contacted us when our offer was accepted! And then he set up all inspections as quickly as he could and coordinated said inspections to happen all on the same day. I can't say enough good things about Patrick KasenenkoI He is THE BEST and both my husband and I appreciate him!

It was wonderful working with Patrick. He was always available around our schedule and listened to what we were looking for in a house. He was easy to talk to and always accessible. He kept us updated through the process and made sure we were happy with the final terms of the purchase. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and if there is a move in our future we would absolutely go with him again.
