I was extremely apprehensive about selling, having never done it before, but he made the entire experience smooth and trouble-free. Patton responded to any, and there were many, questions I had during the showing/selling of my house. He shared his knowledge of what he considered the best offer and why was so greatly appreciated by me. I trusted him completely and feel he went above and beyond what others had told me about their experiences with other realtors with other agencies. There is not a single thing I can post negatively about Patton and Century 21. He represents his agency with professionalism, flair, and expertise that can be matched by no other. I am certain he stays very busy, but he treated me like I was his sole client. Without a doubt, Patton has found his calling with real estate. His passion and excitement was obvious at our first meeting, and continued through the entire process, right down to the closing. Hands down the best experience (and outcome) I believe possible for the sale of my house by a realtor and agency! Quick and painless! Patton and Century 21 went to work for me instantly and had results within a few weeks, which ultimately led to the sale of my house.
