I relocated from another state and she was present every step of the way prior to the relocation move. She made herself available 24/7 regardless of time zone difference. She was amazing! Buyer reviewMy friend is a relator in another state and he interviewed multiple realtors. Patty was the one with the most knowledge, quickest reply times, and had knowledge of speciality loans which I was a candidate for. Patty was absolutely fantastic. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and adjusted our showings as our desires/wishes developed over time. I appreciated her honest feedback during showings, particularly about finer details that I would be unaware of like electrical/plumbing issues with older homes, how additions to a particular home may work, and the safety on area. Patty is also very savvy. There were multiple offers on the house I got all before the open house. Her bright idea to offer a lease back is what led the prior owner to accepting our offer at asking price over the multiple other offers. Since closing she has continued to be helpful. I can't recommend Patty enough. In the crazy real-estate market that is today she found me something terrific and in my price range.
