I highly recommend Paul Evans as a real estate agent in Yuma. My husband and I first secured Paul's services when we were attempting to purchase a home. He was extremely patient in taking us through various areas of Yuma and to a variety of homes in those areas. We found a "short sale" home that we thought we'd be able to secure by stepping into the shoes of a buyer whose financing fell apart. When the bank backed out and began a re-evaluation of the sale price; Paul was there for us. When we finally lost hope in getting the house, Paul was there for us. When we found another home with Paul's help, he helped us get the home for the price we wanted--and did the follow-up with the other agent to make sure that the people pumping the septic tank got the bricks back in line and the property looking as good after the pumping as it had before. Paul was so patient with us through the whole process and never made us feel like we were wasting his time and gasoline. When my husband retired, Paul was again there for us in selling our home. He was very up-front and honest with us about delays occasioned by the buyers' out of the country trips delaying the closing date and he did everything possible to clear out roadblocks between the buyer's requests/needs and ours--including kicking in a percentage of the cost of a new HVAC that the buyers wanted (they paid a percentage, we paid a percentage, and Paul paid a percentage). Now that is going the extra mile for a client. I think Paul is the best--and as a member of the Foothills Rotary Club, I think that his business ethic is guided by the Four Way Test--is it the truth? Paul never makes you feel pressured and he goes with the flow!! His "no pressure" approach is appreciated. He shares tips and information to help educate you as a buyer. He's also very patient. The process for buying the house went smoothly. My past experience with him was positive as well! His professionalism and easy going demeanor is what keeps us coming back and referring him to others.

Paul was a great person to deal with. Paul met with me and explained the process of the sale along with the fees associated with it. He kept me informed at all times of the progress of the sale and any time something didn't go as planned, he was able to let me know why and how he was already working on resolving the issue before it became a problem (luckily for us, we didn't have hardly any issues). Paul was always professional, respectful and on time (something which is very important to me). The sale was quick and I appreciate everything Century 21 and Paul did for me. Thank you.
