Buyer reviewBefore choosing a realtor, I did a lot of research looking for an agent that specialized in land, farms, and ranches. Paul Schoenrock was highly recommended from several trusted sources. From the start Paul took the time to listen to our needs and wants. He was friendly, honest, and straightforward from the beginning. He took the time to explain some of the special considerations that pertain to a land purchase. When we had questions, Paul got back to us right away. I could tell that he went the extra mile when we had an issue that needed some research. The negotiations had some challenges as they often do, and Paul stuck with it and helped us come to an agreement that worked. Even after the closing Paul was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone purchasing a piece of land, farm, or ranch.
