We knew Paul Szostek as a member of our church. We knew he was a trustworthy person who would be sure to put our best interest in front of his own. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable of the areas we were searching, and he was able to answer every last question we had. He was both professional and passionate in ensuring things went smoothly for us. As first-time homebuyers, we needed a bit of extra guidance throughout the process. And in such a competitive market, Paul worked at all hours of the day (and night, at times) to get us into our dream house. We could not have possibly asked for the amount of effort and commitment we got from Paul. Paul kept us in the loop every step of the way. He was a friendly figure and was easy to bring questions, ideas, or comments to. He was extremely professional at every step while maintaining a friendliness that made him feel like family. He was with us every step of the way - from our introductory meeting, through a pause while we waited to save for our target purchase range, all the way to our closing date. Paul stayed engaged with us and made sure we had all we needed for each step in the process without coming off pushy. It felt as if he was more interested in helping us find our home rather than trying to sell us a house. I have already recommended Paul to all of my loved ones looking to buy a home in our area, and I will continue to do so.

We had the pleasure of using Paul when we purchased our home a few years back. When the time came to sell we had no doubt in our mind that Paul was the man for the job. Paul listed our house on a Wednesday and by Thursday evening we had many offers and accepted one well over asking. Not only was Paul able to sell our home in 48hrs he was there every step of the way. When the time comes again I have no doubt who our realtor will be.

Paul stepped in to help when Cheryl got sick at a critical point in our purchasing process. He was a huge help. Dealing with the CENTURY 21 Curran & Oberski office and staff was the least stressful and most helpful part of this process. They worked quickly and closely with my mortgage broker Imran Alli at Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union and Title One to move quickly through the process. All three representatives were wonderful and I would recommend to anyone.

Paul truly is one of the best! We didn't use Paul as our realtor just because he is a relative. You have to completely trust the individual you hire as your realtor. Of course, Paul is knowledgeable in real estate, but most important, he is honest--sometimes to a fault. We were between houses and commuting from up north, so really wanted to find something NOW. An urgency like that can sometimes cloud your judgment. While Paul pointed out positives of a house, he also made sure we didn't miss shortcomings which might pose a problem later, something we had a tendency to overlook since we were in a hurry to find a home down-state. With not many houses being added to the market, Paul was quick to locate homes as they popped up and set up viewings ASAP so that we wouldn't miss an opportunity. He worked with the seller's agent to negotiate a deal which was right for us. We have done it in the past, and without a doubt, we would not hesitate to refer others to Paul. Thanks Paul!

Having Paul as my real estate agent is something I would have to give no thought as to who I would call ! Paul is very professional and knowledgeable in the real estate market. He never is too busy to answer questions you may have and always gets back to you with answers . Makes selling properties seem effortless because of his knowledge. Would call on him when need an agent and would recommend him highly ! Only that it went so smoothly Just that it went very smoothly I think I have said it all in above characteristics
