Buyer reviewPaul was always quick to answer my questions whether by email or by a phonecall or text message. Always on time with a "chipper" attitude. Paul did everything in his power to ensure that I was able to view all homes I was interested in. There were a small number of times where the long period of looking for the "right" home was becoming frustrating, and Paul helped me to work thru that and not settle for something I ultimately didn't approve of 100%. Always puts in full effort, and puts in extra effort where needed.

Buyer reviewPaul helped us find another mortgage broker when the one we had said the house was not capable of getting a mortgage because of a low appraisal. He found someone that looked at the situation, and promised they could make it happen, and they did. We would have given up and looked at another house. Paul knew how much we wanted this house and found someone to make it work.
