We worked with Paula five years ago when we bought the house, we had a great connection with her and we felt that who better to help us sell it. Our house sold in 1 day! I couldn't have asked for a better result. The buyers tried to come back with some bogus issues after the inspection in an effort to low ball us, and Paula called them on their bluff and kept them on point with the original agreed upon terms. Fantastic! Paula excels in all categories, its easy to see why she is a Super Agent. My wife and I heard horror stories of selling a home, the stress the strangers in your house, keeping it in showing condition etc. Paula sold our house in 1 day!

My wife and I worked with Paula 5 years ago on the purchase of our first home. She took us under her wing and gave great advise and really guided us to through our first purchase. When it came time to move on to our next home, choosing Paula was a no brainer. Paula provided her expertise when it came to putting in our offer on the house that we REALLY wanted. The sellers weren't interested in accepting our offer initially due to it relying on the sale of our current home. She did a great job of convincing them to keep an open mind and really selling the fact that we anticipated a quick sale of our current home and by accepting our offer it would limit the hassle/stress associated with selling their home. They accepted our offer and the rest is history. If there was a level above excellent, I would select it down the line. Paula returned calls/emails while on her vacation, she set up showings for as at the last minute, etc. She is knowledgeable, detailed, fun, but the most importantly she wasn't a "yes man" she would let us know if we were unreasonable or flat out wrong in a very polite, kind teacher type role.
