Buyer reviewI worked with Paula thirteeen years ago and have had several interactions since related to an estate sale liqiudation business I used to own. She has always proven to be at the top of her game in every way; friendly personality, knowledge, honesty, reliability and always looking out for her client's interest. She most recently represented me in both selling my house and with the purchase of a new one. With both transactions, she worked very fairly on my behalf as a seller, and also was very fair to myself and the seller of the house I purchased. I highly recommend Paula to anyone buying or selling in Oakmont Village. Here vast knowledge of every house model and market value is very impressive.

She attended to our requests in a timely manner, had excellent communication skills, was highly knowledgeable of not only the neighborhood but of pertinent details such as HOA rules, building code requirements that needed to be met, local contractors for enhancements to the property, comparable property values and evaluation and explanation of the inspection report for critical factors. Paula also was outstanding in facilitating the flow of information between the loan company, escrow company, the seller and ourselves. We plan to ask Paula to sell our current Oakmont home and have the utmost in confidence that we are in good hands: she will get the best price possible and negotiate for our needs with impeccable professionalism. Seller reviewPaula Lewis was very personable, approachable, and knowledgeable. Although at times we might not have agreed with her recommendations for showing the house, she understood our preferences and worked well with us keeping our preferences in mind. We were impressed and somewhat surprised with the quickness of the sale, as Paula had correctly predicted. We would definitely recommend Paula to friends and acquaintances because of her knowledge of the local market, professionalism, and efficiency in achieving a sale.

Buyer reviewI've bought 8 houses since the late 50s and sold 7 so far…..as you can see l'd experienced of quite a few agents all these past decades, Paula Lewis is in a class of her own and what l appreciate her the most is her thoughtfulness's impeccable! She'd not once ignored a call, even if she's busy she'd let me know promptly? Paula handled the sale of my previous house and the purchase of my present house. In fact she'd done the same transactions for the previous owner of this same house! She'll have my listing when time comes for me to scale down again!

Seller reviewPaula Lewis was essential in putting together an estate sale of my parent's home for me, as I do not live in the area. Paula was able to recommend great contractors to repair,carpet, and repaint our home prior to sale. Additionally, Paula helped guide me through dealing with the demands from the HOAs.
