Seller reviewOur family wanted someone who understood our situation regarding the sale of the house. We also wanted someone that was recommended to us. Paula gave us great ideas about ways to present our house so it looked appealing to prospective buyers. The price was reasonable and we got many offers right away. I was glad that we didn't need a sign to advertise. I had an excellent experience working with Paula J. Martel in selling my father's house. It was stressful and emotional to put it on the market, she was kind, patient, and helpful with the entire process.

I was very impressed from the beginning which is why I chose her and she exceeded all my expectations throughout the process. My house was sold in FOUR days at a price higher than we anticipated. Paula answered every one of my questions, phone calls, texts and messages and always ensured I understood every detail. While suffering from a broken leg, Paula work ethic did not stop. She met with me and answered me throughout her own personal crisis. Every part of my experience with Paula Martel was pleasant, thorough, and prompt.
