Buyer reviewWe had a unique family situation to downsize our home, due to my husband's health and young kids as well as our business. We had to time well to sell our house and buy another to make the transition smoothly. Paula understood it very well and assured me not to worry about it. It was stressful process, but Paula made it as convenient as I possibly could ask for. She was warm and understanding when she needed to be, but at the same time, she was quick and thorough to push things fast. When our closing date was delayed, because the buyer of our old house had a little issue with their lender,, she worked so hard to communicate with them so we could close in time for our move. She updated me every step right away, which helped me not go crazy!! There was not a single text, phone, email message unreplied from her during the entire process! She's simply the best!

The first home we choose fell through because it was Geo Dome home and there weren't any mortgage brokers that would finance it. She stuck with us, and showed us several additional homes until we finally found another.She gave us the information to help us sale our home with a profit. Which sold for cash in one week. During the process of purchasing the 2nd home chosen, the owner was traveling out of the US and was a very difficult to work with and didn't want to abide with the procedures of selling a home. Paula was still patient and had a great attitude and was very pleasant to work with through everything. She was very knowledgeable, informative, personable and always cheerful. I would recommend her to any and everyone who are thinking about selling or buying a home.
