We could not have asked for a better person to help us with this major life event, than Paula Pennington. She was able to listen and understand what we wanted/needed and helped us to find a perfect home that balanced both very well. There were plenty of frustations along the way but she was right there with kind words and gentle guidance to help us to find the perfect place.

Paula was helpful, understanding, and approachable. Because this was my first home purchase, I was worried that the agent might not act in my best interest. I found the opposite was true with Paula. I never felt pressured to purchase a home that I was not sure about, and Paula cautioned me when she saw something that may be a cause for concern. Paula looked out for my best interests and was especially helpful when negotiating the terms of the sales contract. I would recommend Paula to any friend or relative.

It defeats my vocabulary to attempt to articulate how pleased I was to have Paula Pennington helping me find my home. I was constantly put at ease throughout the entire homebuying process because it was obvious that Paula had my best interest in mind. I was certainly not the easiest client to deal with; I was not only hard to get ahold of when Paula needed me, but I was also constantly having to ask her questions at all hours of the day, to include on the weekend. Paula was only ever as pleasant as any person can be; she paid my every question and demand the upmost attention and she did it all with a smile on her face, constantly reassuring me that I was not bothering her and that she only wanted to help me with any and all of my questions and issues. A quick anecdote; I texted Paula a question one evening, having forgotten that she had mentioned earlier thay day that she would be at a family dinner. About 10 minutes after my text message, Paula called my cell phone with a coherent and comprehensive answer to my question (which was certainly a problem I could have solved myself). While on the phone with her, I could hear conversation going on in the background, and remembered that she had mentioned she would be having dinner with her family that evening. I apologized immediately, feeling terrible that I had bothered her during her time with her family, and her only response was to reassure me that I was never bothering her and that she was always available to help me (her tone of voice betrayed that she was smiling while speaking to me, clearly indicating that she was being genuine and was happy to help me). The combination of her friendly and approachable dispostion coupled with her exceptional knowledge and professionalism made a stressful time very easy, and I was able to find a house that met all of my demands very quickly because of her. My wife and I were thrilled to be able to have Paula working for us, and would insist to have her work for us again in any future home buying/selling endeavors. A genuine pleasure to deal with, I will recommend Paula Pennington as highly as possible to anyone looking to buy or sell in her area of responsibility.
