When looking for an agent I googled realtors and read review and ratings, after selecting century 21 and placing a call was introduced to Peg Cadd. Peg listened to our wants and needs and although we gave her a difficult challenge she came through like a true champion. During our purchase there were more than a few tense moments and we relied on Peg a great deal for advise, we were truly blessed to have her in our corner. Should we ever be in need again we would without hesitation ask for Peg's assistance and should anyone ask she will be our recommendation.

We went into buying a house blindly, not knowing what to do. We actually picked Peg's name from a list given to us at our bank. We won the lottery on that one! Peg is the most knowledgeable, caring person I have ever met. I totally felt that she was there for us and not worried about making a commission. She would point out things that we would never have thought to look for. When I would find a house to look at, she was right on it. I feel blessed that she helped us find our home and to call her a friend now.
