Peg provided excellent guidance and made navigating this entire process oh-so-much smoother because of her expert advice, along with her kindness and professionalism. As first time homebuyers, we appreciated the way she was skillfully and clearly able to explain each step in this entire process, answer all of our questions, and remind us what needed to be accomplished by certain deadlines. She was also amazing at giving us timely and clear communication, and always replied to our emails quicker than we anticipated. Peg Senf is smart, motivated and results oriented. And consistently so. She did a great job of presenting my house, was accurate in assessing the sales price range and was clear in the costs and consequences involved in offer stipulations. She also took care of the work needed at the first opportunity presented and that seems to be one of her personality characteristics. Was my sixth time needing a realtor, had 5 different realtors already (including her), and she was the best. Combined with her extensive local knowledge the decision was a no brainer. When I checked for realtors and found she was still in the business, I didn't call or consider anyone else. My house sold quickly.
