My situation was unusual in that I only lived in the house for 4 months. I made the decision to move due to geographical issues such as hurricanes and the aftermath of two major storms hitting the area. I have to admit that I am not the easiest client to have on your hands as I ask MANY questions, and I tend to get a bit high maintenance with complex situations. She really is amazing, and I consider myself very lucky to have had her representing me during these transactions. In addition, I appreciate her follow-up communications that she had with me after, both, the purchase, then sale of the property.
