Seller reviewWas referred by friend to Richard at Century 21 for a previous sale on a rental. Richard referred us to Peggy Laud, due to health issues. We liked and trusted Richard, so we met with Peggy Laud and was pleased. Peggy Laud was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and motivated. We set appointment to proceed. Peggy Laud is honest, helpful, knowledgeable. Peggy was good to keep us informed on showing, inspections and any issues. Peggy Laud is friendly and hard working agent. Peggy was prompt listing our home and showing it. Peggy kept us informed of showings and inspections. We were pleased with all aspects of the sale of home. Definitely would recommend Peggy to friends and family.

She really knows the market in the surrounding area and was able to get it sold very quickly.
