I met Penny Senor through an inquiry I placed on a property through Realtor.com as we began our journey of moving from the Pacific Northwest to North Carolina. I was trying to get a feel for the market, and after only a couple of conversations with Penny, I was very comfortable working with her. We had intended to use a different agent, someone who had helped our daughter and son-in-law find their home a year ago, but Penny was more responsive to us. Developing a relationship for this type of life-changing event remotely and long distance can be daunting, but when we met Penny, we immediately connected. She is completely genuine and sincere and easy to trust. Our transaction took place very quickly with us viewing houses while Penny was away on a planned trip. She made arrangements with a colleague to take care of our showings while she was away, but she stayed in the loop throughout and even managed our offer while out of town. She was always present for us even when she wasn't! Once we were in contract, Penny handled all of our questions and concerns very quickly. She introduced us to critical service providers that took care of issues that arose from the home inspection. We can't say enough good things about Penny and the service she provided.

Penny Senor was wonderful in helping us navigate our new home purchase. Since we didn't live in the area she did some onsite scouting in the communities we were considering and tracked down answers to many questions. We really appreciated her video tours! Once the contract was signed she kept us informed up to closing. We would definitely recommend Penny to anyone considering a home purchase in the Raleigh/Durham area.
