It happened so fast! Thanks to Percy, we had several offers before the open house. He walked us through all of our options, and what each offer would mean for us. He never made us feel like one was better than another, and ultimately we accepted the offer that was best for us. Percy paid great attention to detail. The first time he came to our house, he presented us with packets full of information regarding statistics and possible numbers. He gave us all the information we needed to come up with a listing price we were comfortable and confident with. He printed open house cards and sent them to all of our neighbors, and so many of them showed up to the open house! He had a fantastic photographer who made our house beautiful for online campaigns. He brought balloons, snacks, and wine to the open house. He explained every detail of contracts perfectly. I appreciate how thorough he is about having everything in writing, so there is no confusion when it comes to money on closing day. We hired Percy because we were so impressed the first time we meet him. To start, he is extremely professional. He always dresses impeccably, is always early, and responds to texts or calls quickly. He is polite, and knows how to relate to his clients. Our children and dog also love him, and that was a big bonus for us!
