He provided us sound recommendations on what home repairs/preps we should do in support of getting the highest dollar return. Not only did he provide sound advice but he acted as the project manager ensuring the contractor making repairs to the house met both quality and schedule requirements to ensure the house went on the market on time. The advertising and open house he put together was nothing short of fantastic and within ~24 hours we had offers on our home. We received acceleration offers of ~$20,000.00 over our asking price. At final closing we were ahead by about ~$30.000.00 you can't beat that. I could write a book on all the great interactions we had. It was never to late at night and it didn't matter if it was the weekend or a holiday. He ALWAYS retuned our text and phone call in less then five minute 24/7.
