Seller reviewThis was the second time I used Phil Frye to sell a property. Both times Phil was very Professional and a pleasure to work with. He communicates all details effectively and clearly. Everything was done in a timely manner. Phil gave very good advice when I asked for his thoughts but was never pushy or overbearing. Next time I need a realtor I will call Phil. I would also recommend him to friends and family.

Phil did a great job advertising the home on social media and related websites. We had numerous offers to consider in a short period of time. He carefully made sure I understood all of the paperwork and thoroughly talked to me about my options at each step of the process. Phil kept in contact with phone calls, texting, and Email. It was a very good experience! I felt as though he was a brother helping me sell my house. Brian was humorous and a great addition to the team. I mainly dealt with Phil but everyone was exceptional. My family has had Phil help us in a few real estate transactions now. He will always be our first contact for future opportunities. I will also gladly recommend him to others.
