We currently live in North Carolina and she took extra steps to help us out in our absence to promote the sale of our house. Even though the price may not have been as much as other listings, she treated it as if it were. Working with Quandra Nickols was great. She communicated very frequently and always returned my calls promptly. She even called me once when she was on vacation with additional news, who does that!! Quandra Nickols went over and above what was expected and when I thanked her for doing so she simply said, "I love what I do". That's what makes a good agent and that make all the difference in the world.
