She was an absolute delight and I looked forward to each meeting, taking the tension away from buying a home, making the process so easy and stress free. I was able to ask questions freely and Quandra answered knowledgeably about the home buying process. Quandra made everything happen as fast as possible and kept us in the know about anything that was causing delay. Quandra has worked tirelessly on finding us a property that we were looking for which hit all the marks. We appreciate everything she has done in order to keep us in the know and in the market for houses! Everything went so smoothly and Quandra is already back at work sending us new houses to expand our profile!

She absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty to make the purchasing of my home seem like a breeze during a time of uncertainty due to the pandemic. Mrs. Nickols response to emails, text and phone calls all day and night was appreciated. As a first time home buyer the process was stressful and Mrs. Nickols was very transparent and answered all my question. To highlight Mrs, Nickols work ethic, she assisted with the painting on her own time to ensure that my new home passed the FHA inspection. To me this is a clear testimony to Mrs. Nickols.
