Buyer reviewI like to meet with a broker initially to see if he listens more than he talks. I look for a professional demeanor and good sense of humor. Quentin Goldblatt met all of the later requirements. He responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner and answered questions respectfully. I am from NY state. I own a house in NY, but the purchase of a condo in Florida is significantly different. Quentin Goldblatt did comparisons of properties which narrowed my search. He showed me every property I wanted to see and pointed out the good and the bad. He also let me know market value vs my offer and fully supported me in my offer. He negotiated perfectly so that we closed in less than 3 weeks.. Quentin explained each step of the closing and I felt confident at the closing. I was proud to have Quentin Goldblatt as my broker. I especially liked how Quentin respected the sellers who opted to be present for our viewings. He is a gentleman which is the main reason I would recommend him to others.
