Buyer reviewRachel impressed me upon our first encounter. During my search for an agent, I contacted three realtors and left detailed messages. Rachel called me while I was leaving a message on her voice mail. To date, I have not heard from the other two Realtors. I relocated to Las Vegas from Tampa. I asked Rachel to write the offer before I arrived in Las Vegas. On the day that she showed me the property, we received a counter offer and were told that there were 10 other offers on the property. Rachel understood that this was the only property that would meet my needs because I have pets. She worked her magic and my counter offer was selected. I returned home and completed the remaining paperwork, virtually. I have been a realtor in Florida and California for over 20 years. Although Rachel is new-er to the industry, she performed like a pro. Rachel was fun to work with, always professional and OVERstood my needs.
