If she did not know an answer she investigated and I liked that. My family became very tied into her and loved her as well. She is very good at what she does and loves her field. We will be friends forever.

Rachele contacted me after I inquired about a property via Realtor.com. Three or four other agents also contacted me that night, all by text or email. Rachele was the only one to call me which helped established a more personal relationship right away. That was the main reason i selected Century 21 over the others. Rachele was the perfect agent for me. We saw four homes and she provided all the information I needed for each one, while also sharing honest opinions and her own thoughts on the home. From 10 minutes into the first home we viewed, Rachele caught on to my style and needs which helped us worked quickly and well together. It felt more like house hunting with a friend or family member than an agent. Rachele replied promptly to every one of my texts or phone calls throughout this whole process. From the time we viewed the first home until closing was a 12 - 15 week period during which I had many questions. I don't think I ever had to wait more than 10 minutes for a reply. Nothing but positive comments about Rachele. I could not have teamed up with a better agent for my home search. She understood my needs and tight time frame to find a home. She provided smart and necessary advice along the way, and ultimately helped close a deal for me quickly after an initial deal fell through while dealing with a difficult seller.
