Rae was a family friend referral. She was so warm and knowledgeable when I was interviewing her. She was very professional when I said I was considering another agent. She anticipated what was needed and had it ready before the buyers attorney asked for it. This definitely accelerated the process and allowed us to quickly close on the sale.
