Even with the couple bumps within my sale due to buyers change of mind, Raelyn was VERY successful at keeping our goals on track which led to the perfect sale. Raelyn was constant and informative with the exact needs and duties to sell my home. She knew just what needed to be done and precisely when. She kept me grounded as well when I would have doubts about finding a buyer. In the end, she powered us through.

Raelyn was there for me when ever I needed her. My situation was different being in the road all the time and she was able to do all I needed and then some. Very impressed. Raelyn did very well. I can't believe how smooth it all went. Very pleased with raelyn's performance. Raelyn was the person who answered the phone when I called. I got very lucky getting in touch with her!

I can't believe we got so lucky to find Raelyn. As first time buyers we couldn't have asked for anyone to make this scary new process as easy as possible. She explained everything to us. She was SO proactive and anytime I text or called she responded right away and she has the best personality. It's like we were having a friend find us a home. I'd recommend her to everyone. We will be using her in the future we had a blast working with her!

Raelyn really spent time on details we did not think were important but were very important as we got to the closing. She was detailed in the notes she kept especially when we needed to go back to them a number of times. I would highly recommend her to all our friends and family. She is pleasant, knowledgeable(sp???), and responds very quickly to phone calls and emails. Great job Raelyn!!!!!!!
