Seller reviewRalph went above and beyond to ensure the sale of our home. He provided so much expertise from home presentation, sale price, negotiating multiple offers, and ensured all the details of the contract were handled accurately and promptly. He thought outside the box on our open house weekend and it was his rapport with buyers and in depth knowledge of our property that resulted in multiple offers as a result of the open house. He has such an incredible business ethic that we feel should be emulated by all brokers. He is extremely honest and trustworthy, while still being a strong salesman and negotiator! We were amazed to have so much interest, and to have a written offer in less than 24 hours after the open house! The listing price was spot on! All aspects of the sale went very smoothly. Ralph's constant contact with the buyer's agent ensured there were no concerns from the buyers regarding contract clarifications and repairs needed. Just cannot say enough positives about Ralph. I would refer back to previous comments. Amazing! Could not have asked for a better agent!

He visited houses with us for weeks and months and helped us to find not only a great house but the right house for us. I think Ralph took what we wanted in a house and made that his own ambition. Ralph put honest values at the forefront of his business and was a tireless advocate for us. We got a great deal on a great house. He was relentless in negotiating our contract with the seller.

Seller reviewIf you're looking for a shady, unethical, used salesman type agent, Ralph Antuna is NOT your guy. Ralph is not a salesman, but a "Real" Estate Agent. Throughout our selling and buying process, Ralph was honest, upfront, and very understanding of our needs. Ralph Antuna loves to help people, and my experience with him was that he looks out for the individual's needs. He was very knowledgeable about the market, and very flexible when it came time to look at prospective properties. Ralph Antuna thinks outside the box and is creative when it came down to negotiations with both sellers and purchasers. He truly cares for his clients and would recommend him for all of your real estate needs.
